EVENT POLICY

The age for admission is 18 years, if not stated differently in the ticket description.

Strange Tree reserves the right to refuse your entry, particularly in the event of excessive alcohol consumption, drug abuse, or indecent behavior.

In this case, the visitor does not have the right to a refund of the value of the ticket.

If the event is endangered or made impossible due to force majeure, weather, natural conditions, or official measures enforced by the government, Strange Tree may cancel the event or terminate it prematurely.

Tickets already paid for will remain valid for the postponed date and cannot be taken back, exchanged, or refunded (except if otherwise stated on the ticket).

Strange Tree reserves the right to alter admission times without prior notice. Furthermore, Strange Tree has the right to alter the location of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Strange Tree shall have no responsibility or liability for any delays during admission.

All announced artists confirmed their participation in the festival. Nevertheless, cancellations or program changes are still possible. These modifications will not give the right to a refund or an exchange of a ticket, subscription, or package.

By attending the event, the visitor gives his/her consent to his/her to be included in any film, photograph, audio, and/or audio-visual recording to be used for any media purpose at any time throughout the world without any compensation.

Please be aware that throughout the event a camera drone may be in operation to take footage.
